(…) The interpretation of Šostakovič’s Concert n.1 is coherent, expressive and interesting. The finale Burlesque is incredibly fast and the violin and orchestra’s dialogues are exciting. The balance between the orchestra and the violinist is very good – you can clearly hear all the lines of the score, with an always clear and intelligible union.

(…) the short Divertimento for strings (…) is a fantastic and expressive piece, defined as “a real pearl” by Maestro Caldi in the booklet.
